The Cryptosmith Institute offers distance learning in cyber security and the opportunity to earn continuing professional education (CPE) hours. The training program offers an NSTISSI 4011 Training Certificate, which indicates training as an Information Security Professional according to the standards of the U.S. Committee for National Security Systems (CNSS).

There are four individual courses in the program:

• Desktop Security
• Cryptographic Basics
• Network Security
• Network Services

The student receives a Cyber Security Training certificate for each chapter completed and for each course completed. Students complete a course by studying the textbook material and by taking exams for each chapter.
